Meet Gabriella

What I love most about creative kinesiology is that it honours the uniqueness of each individual. There is no “one size fits all.” What works for one person may not work in the same way for another. Through the art of muscle testing and tracking, we are able to listen to the individual, to the messages and information the body is constantly communicating. From this place, we can begin to witness what is present, explore patterns, and work towards restoring balance.
